This website is owned and operated by Lucky Voice Group Limited ('Lucky Voice') a company incorporated in England whose registered address is Eastcastle House, 27-28 Eastcastle Street, London W1W 8DH. Lucky Voice is a trademark owned by Lucky Voice Group Limited.
This is the user agreement that governs your use of this website and our application and the provision of the services we provide you.
Please take the time to read these terms as it is important for the both of us that you understand your use of the services we provide you.
a) As a courtesy, we prefer you to call us by telephone if you need to cancel any booking, requests left at a voice mailbox cannot be guaranteed. Should there be no one available on the phone, please email reservations@luckyvoice.ae with your cancellation request, stating the name the booking was made under, the venue, booking date and time.
b) Your booked arrival time is the time from which you are charged. Please arrive early to make sure you get the full amount of time you've paid for. You can loosen your vocal cords with some drinks in our bar if you wish beforehand. We do try to allow a grace period of 15 minutes. You will be expected to leave your room immediately after your booking has ended, however the party doesn't end here – join us in the Lucky Voice bar!
c) We reserve the right to resell the room if your party fails to turn up within 30 minutes of the booking time. If you think you’re going to be late – simply give us a call!
d) Lucky Voice Dubai does not permit anyone under the age of 21 into the venue. We accept photo IDs in the form of passports, driving license or Emirates ID cards.
e) Lucky Voice Dubai: We operate a minimum drinks spend of 150 AED (standard pods) and 200 AED (VIP pods) for a 2 hour period, this is applicable to all room bookings and based on the capacity of the room booked.
f) We kindly ask that you don’t bring your own drinks or food to Lucky Voice. Any alcohol brought in by you and found will be taken away. Subsequently, you will be asked to leave the premises and charged in full for the room hire.
g) Any damage to the equipment in Lucky Voice will be chargeable to the customer: this can include microphones, TV, touchscreens and any marks made on the seating by high heels. You may also incur a cleaning charge if your group makes any unnecessary mess.
h) Each room has a maximum capacity that will be enforced. Extra guests will be permitted entry to the bar, if space allows. If you continually exceed the maximum amount of people allocated to you room, you may be asked to leave prior to your finishing time and charged in full for your room hire and drinks bill.
i) Our dress code is smart casual - no scruffy jeans, sports caps, shorts (unless tailored), flip flops/sandals or sportswear shoes will be permitted into the venue. If you are not dressed suitably for a night out, then you may be refused entry to the venue regardless of any prior booking.
j) CCTV is in operation in all areas of the Lucky Voice Pods area, you have been warned.
